Community Coordinator Application 2020-2021
Our Community Coordinators work hard all year to create welcoming living environments, foster lasting relationships, and create a community of learning and development.
Being a Senior Student Staff member takes initiative, resilience, and organizational skills. Serving on our team, you will further develop skills as a team leader, manager of a hall desk operation, foster collaborative relationships with other departments, and learn your limits and find ways to move past them.

Hiring Timeline:
- January 13th: Applications open online
- January 27th: Applications close at 11:59 pm
- February 3rd – 7th: Individual Interviews
- February 20th: Position offers sent out via email
- February 24th: Due date to accept or decline offer

Interview Process:
- You will be notified via-email regarding your application status, including an offer for an Individual Interview, including applicable dates, times, and locations.
References:
- We require references from two non-family, non-current Residence Life staff members.
- Ensure all contact information is accurate and that your references know to expect an email.
Recent Performance Evaluation:
- Your recent performance evaluation as an Apartment Manager or Student Advisor will be reviewed as part of the hiring process.
